Reviewer Proof for Call to Action and Opt-In
This public page documents the exact Call to Action and text-based opt-in flow used for the Ticketfleet Busfix SMS/MMS campaign. Busfix SMS/MMS is available only to authorized fleet staff, mechanics, drivers, and office staff for a Ticketfleet organization.
Step 1: user-initiated text-based opt-in
Authorized fleet staff opt in by sending START or their first fleet maintenance request to Ticketfleet Busfix at +1 (929) 470-5485. They may text HELP for help. Ticketfleet does not send SMS/MMS messages to a phone number before that phone number sends an inbound message to Busfix. Busfix replies only to user-initiated operational fleet maintenance conversations.

The CTA shown to authorized staff is: "By texting START or a fleet maintenance request to Ticketfleet Busfix SMS/MMS at +1 (929) 470-5485 from an authorized phone, I agree to receive operational Busfix replies from Ticketfleet about fleet maintenance issues, schedules, and work-order updates. Message frequency varies based on my requests and fleet activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."

Step 3: authenticated Ticketfleet admin authorization screen
Busfix Chat Senders
Organization admins manage a compact Busfix Chat Senders screen with separate Email senders and SMS/MMS phone access sections. Email senders can chat by emailing [email protected] and do not need SMS consent.
In the SMS/MMS phone access section, admins add one authorized phone number at a time. The screen says: "Add one authorized phone number at a time. Adding a phone number only lets that phone start texting Busfix at +1 (929) 470-5485. Ticketfleet does not text it first. Unknown numbers do not receive Busfix replies."
By texting START or a fleet maintenance request to Ticketfleet Busfix SMS/MMS at +1 (929) 470-5485 from an authorized phone, I agree to receive operational Busfix replies from Ticketfleet about fleet maintenance issues, schedules, and work-order updates. Message frequency varies based on my requests and fleet activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Only phone numbers saved in this allowlist can text Busfix and receive replies for that Ticketfleet organization. Saving a phone number does not send any SMS/MMS message to that number.
- Opt-in method: text-based. An authorized user initiates the conversation by sending START or a fleet maintenance request to +1 (929) 470-5485.
- No proactive outbound SMS/MMS: Ticketfleet does not text a phone number simply because an admin saved it. Busfix only replies after the user sends an inbound text.
- CTA location: this public page and the authenticated Ticketfleet application at Bus Management Settings, Busfix Chat Senders.
- Message type: operational fleet maintenance messages only, with frequency varying by user requests and fleet activity.
- Required disclosures: message/data rates may apply, reply HELP for help, reply STOP to opt out.
- Privacy disclosure: no mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Legal links: Ticketfleet publishes the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions used for Busfix SMS/MMS.
Busfix is Ticketfleet's operational fleet maintenance assistant. Authorized fleet staff, mechanics, drivers, and office staff may use Busfix by SMS/MMS to create, update, close, and look up bus maintenance work for their Ticketfleet organization.
SMS/MMS opt-in is user initiated. An organization administrator can add an authorized person's phone number to the Busfix Chat Senders allowlist inside Ticketfleet Bus Management settings, but Ticketfleet does not send SMS/MMS to that number until the user first texts the Busfix number at +1 (929) 470-5485.
The Busfix Chat Senders allowlist is available to organization admins in Ticketfleet at Bus Management Settings. Only phone numbers on that allowlist can use Busfix SMS/MMS for that organization. Unknown numbers do not receive Busfix replies and cannot access organization maintenance data.
The public text-based opt-in CTA language for authorized staff is: "By texting START or a fleet maintenance request to Ticketfleet Busfix SMS/MMS at +1 (929) 470-5485 from an authorized phone, I agree to receive operational Busfix replies from Ticketfleet about fleet maintenance issues, schedules, and work-order updates. Message frequency varies based on my requests and fleet activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
Busfix SMS/MMS is not used for marketing, promotions, lending, age-gated content, or third-party lead generation. SMS opt-in data and message content are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS/MMS messaging. For support, contact [email protected].
