What we collect

Ticketfleet helps fleet operators manage parking tickets, vehicle records, maintenance work, notifications, and related operational workflows.

We collect account and organization details; vehicle, driver, ticket, route-plan, maintenance, and billing records; email and SMS/MMS communications; uploaded files; support reports; and technical events such as sign-ins, feature use, device type, errors, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Some parking-ticket information comes from NYC Open Data rather than directly from a user.

How we use data

We use this information to provide and secure Ticketfleet, synchronize and organize fleet records, process payments, deliver requested messages, generate route plans and operational briefings, investigate abuse and failures, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use customer operational data for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Ticketfleet uses Vercel for application hosting, Convex for application data, WorkOS for authentication, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS/MMS, Cloudflare for private file storage and email routing, OpenRouter for selected AI-assisted workflows, and PostHog for product analytics and reliability diagnostics. These providers process only the information needed for their role and may process data in the United States and other locations where they operate.

AI-assisted workflows send only the content needed for the requested task, such as a document selected for roster extraction or organization data used to prepare an operational briefing. Ticketfleet does not expose secret credentials or account passwords to those workflows.

Busfix messaging

Busfix SMS/MMS messages are used to process fleet maintenance requests, look up maintenance status, and send direct replies requested by authorized users. Message frequency varies based on user requests and fleet activity. Message and data rates may apply. MMS file metadata may be recorded so staff can understand that media was sent.

Busfix SMS/MMS is user initiated. Organization admins can add authorized phone numbers to the Busfix Chat Senders allowlist, but Ticketfleet does not send SMS/MMS to a number unless the user first texts Busfix from that number at +1 (929) 930-2583. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, SMS consent, or SMS/MMS message content with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and protection

We retain organization data while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support recovery, security, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Backup, audit, billing, and abuse-prevention records may remain longer when required for those purposes. We use encrypted transport, access controls, tenant isolation, signed service requests, monitoring, and private storage controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may request access to, correct, export, or delete your personal information. An organization administrator may also manage operational records and member access inside Ticketfleet. To make a data request, ask a question, or change messaging preferences, contact support@ticketfleet.org. We may need to verify your identity and organization authority before completing a request.

Policy updates

We may update this notice when Ticketfleet or its service providers change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
