Ticketfleet is a fleet operations service for managing parking tickets, vehicle records, maintenance queues, notifications, and related administrative workflows.
Busfix is Ticketfleet's fleet maintenance assistant. Authorized users may use Busfix by email, in-app chat, or SMS/MMS to create, update, close, and look up maintenance work.
Busfix SMS/MMS messages are operational and conversational. Message frequency varies based on user requests and fleet activity. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS/MMS access is limited to phone numbers authorized by a Ticketfleet organization admin. Saving a phone number in the Busfix Chat Senders allowlist does not send SMS/MMS to that number. Ticketfleet sends Busfix SMS/MMS replies only after the user first texts Busfix from an authorized number at +1 (929) 470-5485.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS/MMS messaging. You can also contact [email protected] for support.
Users are responsible for submitting accurate fleet and maintenance information. Ticketfleet may suspend messaging or account access to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
Ticketfleet is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for carrier delays, third-party outages, or decisions made from inaccurate information submitted by users.
